Special Event Pinwheels for Peace
Sunday, September 7, 1–4 pm, for all ages!
Four years ago, two art teachers in Florida had their students make pinwheels as a statement for peace and non-violence. In September, 2006 it is estimated that 1 million pinwheels spun from locations around the world on International Peace Day. Please join us on our second annual pinwheels event at Creations!
Cost: donations to benefit a peace organization.

Painting Space Drop-In Sessions
This fall all our children’s painting sessions will be held on a drop-in basis. We do recommend that you call in advance since we keep our groups small!

Creations Art Space, LLC, opened in March 2007 offering a space in central Boulder, Colorado, for expressive painting and arts and crafts for adults and children. The Creations painting space is inspired by a painting space created in Europe fifty years ago where people could paint spontaneously without trying to create works of art. These paintings were not meant to be seen by others. Instead, they allowed the painter to connect with his or her own spontaneous impulse and enjoy the simple pleasure of playing with paint.
